Shipping
1.) All shipments leave our warehouse with freight pre-paid and charged on your invoice. Tracking numbers are provided on all invoices and emailed for your convenience.
2.) Use of 3rd party account numbers are not available at this time.
3.) All shipments are quoted using an online bidding system (www.parcelz.com) which guarantees the best available rate for your shipment.
4.) All freight charges are invoiced at the quoted price. Sometimes, for circumstances beyond our control (ex. oversized/overweight packages), adjustments are made by the carriers and these adjustments will be invoiced as they occur, if they are over and above the quote by 15%.
5.) Freight quotes are available upon customer request.
6.) Large/Pallet shipments are arranged with Manitoulin Transport (www.manitoulintransport.com). Other carriers are welcomed by arrangement of the customer.
Warranty and Returns
1.) New returns must be in original, re-sellable conditions and within 30 days of original purchase; items returned older than 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges are not eligible for credit.
2.) Defective items are eligible for return for a period of 1 year and credited (freight included) upon arrival at the DC and tested for defect. If no defect is found, the return will be processed as a new return and the customer account will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
3.) Filling out the RMA form is mandatory. Please fax or email your completed form to Kendal Hills Supply. RMA requests will be processed within 48 hours and the RMA# must be on all paperwork and/or boxes returned.
